About your Chiropractor & Certified Medical Examiner

I’m Dr. Garrett Buell, the owner, Certified Medical Examiner, and Chiropractor at Buell Chiropractic & Physicals in Charleston, Illinois. I started Buell Chiropractic & Physicals with a simple goal: to provide high-quality, affordable healthcare services to the Charleston community while giving patients the personal attention they deserve.

I graduated from Logan University in 2016 and have had the opportunity to work with several healthcare organizations throughout my career, including Airrosti and Maximized Living. These experiences helped shape my approach to patient care and gave me the opportunity to work with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and with many different health and wellness goals.

Today, I’m proud to bring that experience back to Charleston through Buell Chiropractic & Physicals. My goal is to make chiropractic care and physical services accessible, convenient, and affordable for individuals, families, and local businesses.

More Than Just a Chiropractic Office

At Buell Chiropractic & Physicals, I believe healthcare should be about more than simply treating a problem and sending you on your way. I want my patients to understand their bodies, feel comfortable asking questions, and have a provider they can trust.

Whether you’re dealing with back or neck pain, looking to improve your mobility, maintaining your overall wellness, or need a DOT or employment physical, my goal is to provide professional care in a friendly, straightforward environment.

Life Outside the Office

When I’m not in the office, I’m usually busy exploring life with my wife, Daysha, and our five kids. Being a husband and father has given me an even greater appreciation for the importance of family, community, and taking care of the people around you.

Charleston is more than just the place where I opened my business—it’s a community I’m proud to be a part of. I look forward to building relationships with the people and businesses in the area and helping keep our community healthy, active, and moving forward.
