About your Chiropractor | Charleston IL

Dr. Buell’s journey into chiropractic care began during his high school sports career. After experiencing what he believed to be a season-ending shoulder injury, his mother suggested he visit a local chiropractor. Initially, he was skeptical, as he thought chiropractors only addressed back and neck issues. However, with some encouragement from his mother, he scheduled his first appointment. During his visit, he learned how the spine influences the body’s nerves, a revelation that changed his perspective on chiropractic care. Remarkably, after just one session, he experienced significant relief and was able to successfully complete the remainder of his sports season. Inspired by this transformative experience, Dr. Buell has dedicated his career to becoming an exceptional chiropractor, aiming to share similar success stories with his community.

Dr. Buell’s WOW moment!

During Dr. Buell’s tenure at Logan College Chiropractic, a significant experience further solidified his dedication to pediatric care. His newborn son faced a series of challenges, including sleepless nights, difficulty with bowel movements, and issues with feeding. In pursuing a pediatric course, Dr. Buell was given the opportunity to bring his son in for evaluation during class. Under the guidance of his instructor, a misalignment in his son’s neck was identified and subsequently corrected. Remarkably, after having not experienced a regular bowel movement since birth, his son almost instantly began to have successful bowel movements, necessitating an immediate change upon returning home. Since that pivotal moment, Dr. Buell’s son has thrived, free from the troubles of spitting up, restless nights, and bowel movement issues. This experience not only reinforced Dr. Buell’s commitment to chiropractic care but also highlighted the profound impact such treatment can have on the well-being of children.
